As you eat today, sloooooow down. Chew slowly and a lot of times. This will not only help with weight loss, but more importantly, will help you avoid the dreaded diabetes. I don’t know the answer to that, Carole…I think maybe by eating too fast the insulin response has to happen too quickly, too and over the long run, perhaps that impairs how well the insulin process works…
