Good morning. Yesterday I blogged about fitness trends for 2010. Thank you, Carole in Santa Barbara for enlightening me on RussaYog. A yoga class, taught with ropes, it can be found in Santa Barbara, California and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Looks like a great class to try if you live in either of those cities and want to try something very different! I am also thinking some of my fellow instructors who specialize in yoga, might be interested in learning more about this. You can visit their website at www.RussaYog.com
Locally, I want to thank my last night’s 6pm students for bringing their energy and sense of humor to class for a challenging workout, our last together before the new year. Those who stayed or came in at 7 got a chance to stretch all those worked muscles, and relax their minds and souls, so important all the time, but especially during these stressful days. Thanks for the gifts and the words that mean the world to me! I, too, love spending Tuesday nights with all of you.
Classes will be canceled at Tamarac Fitness Center for a week or so as attendance gets very low during the days between Christmas and New Years. I will be out of that gym from Tuesday the 22nd until Monday the 4th of January. You can still get in and workout!! Check out the schedule Ron has posted for dates that the gym will be closed. My class at Fusion Fitness and Yoga will be postponed until after the new year, but do visit the studio for their toy drive and a great master class sampler this Saturday. My schedule at Bally for SilverSneaker classes will remain as usual, with no cancellations or subs.
I am very excited that SilverSneakers is coming to Tamarac Fitness Center. I will be teaching the very first class there on Tuesday morning, January 5th at 9:30 am. Feel free to email me about this or call Ron, the owner of the gym, at 954-726-1070. Classes will be on Tuesday andThursday mornings. We are still looking for another instructor to teach the Thursday morning class, but I will be teaching it until we find that person.
Some of you have asked, so I do have one or two slots available for personal, or semi-personal training. If you need a few sessions to get through the holidays or are thinking of making the commitment for the new year, contact me and we’ll see what we can figure out.
My cup of decaf is empty, my dog is patiently waiting for breakfast and I better get moving so that I can get to my first class on time! With a busy work day ahead of me, I am certainly grateful.

What I love about blogs is which they spark an concept in my brain. When that happens, I feel as I need to comment with the hope it might be interesting to some people. Simply because there are plenty of blogs and forums with many points of view, they question your comprehension. It is at these moments when you have valuable insignt other individuals might not have experienced, together using the blogger him/herself. I find myself coming back again to to your writings only because you’ve several very good insights and also you’ve been at this a very long time, that is very inspiring and tells me you know your stuff. Keep triggering imagination in others!

This is a smart weblog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. Youve got a design right here thats not too fancy, but makes a statement as big as what you’re saying. Excellent job, indeed.
