Happy last day of winter. I am always happy to say good-bye to that season and welcome in the new. In fact, the first day of Spring is my single favorite day of the year. But, first THIS day. Some fitness at the gym, this morning. Then, yes, the local yearly art fair, in The Walk. Looking forward to that. Then, come evening, it’s time for us to all take time to view the “super moon.”
“Scientists have said that the moon will be brighter and larger than it has been since 1993. The best time to see the moon is when it’s near the horizon produces a magnificent illusion that’s not understood by psychologists or astronomers. The moon appears to be abnormally large as it rises over land and water. This will further intensify the size of the super moon,” said one astrologer.
Enjoy the day. Enjoy the moon. Get in some fitness. ” A daily hit of athletic-induced endorphins gives you the power to make better decisions, helps you be at peace with yourself, and offsets stress.” Thanks to the people at lululemon, for that oh so true line! Who can’t benefit from that daily hit? Can’t wait to here how Kyle and Nicole did with their, probably already completed, daily hit, in the form of a 5k. Hats off to both of you. I am getting ready to get in my hit, shortly. Hope you ALL are, too. Much love…and peace.
