Great message, but even better message in the quote I posted about planting a shade tree…doing something when we know we will not reap any benefits except that great feeling in our hearts and souls…
FYI for local…great new addition on the Falafel Bistro menu. Open face vegan “burger,” served on a flat-bread. The burger is unlike any I have ever had before. Made with mostly mushrooms, it is like a sloppy joe with a hint of beef stroganoff. Can’t describe it, but really, really enjoyed it! Most places miss the mark in offering tasty vegan options, but definitely not this place. Now that they added a meat grill, it seems that everyone is happy. We used our last Groupon…In my opinion, that was the best offer on Groupon, yet! Why isn’t everyone taking advantage of Groupon!?!?
