For those struggling with their “diets,” consider keeping a food log just for this week so you can realize and own each and every calorie that goes into your body. It’s easy enough. Keep the list with you, or do it on your smart phone. That’s always with you 🙂
Thanks, Ellen, who will be subbing both my 8:30 and 11:30 classes so that I can have a day to take care of some wellness visits without stressing about time restrictions. It’s always nice to have a different instructor once in a while as it gives you a different workout and our bodies respond well to change. I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow. And I’ll be back on here tomorrow after I have finished watching Extreme Makeover, today….I fell asleep about half way in but the last I remember the woman in transformation was at dinner with her husband and he was eating chips dipped in melted cheese…and I was threatening to kill the guy. Everyone needs support. And if you can’t be supportive, can’t you at least not be a saboteur? Anyway, more to come…
Congrats to the USA for an awesome show at the 2012 Olympics. I can’t ever remember enjoying the games like I did this year and I know that many feel exactly the same way. A special congrats to the USA women who made me proud to be both female and from the US of A.
