One of the greatest things about the warm seasons is swimming…but it’s not warm enough yet. Knowing we turn the calendar to April, on Monday, reminds me that I am getting a little closer. Swimming adds an entire different element to my workouts. But for today, I’ll be hitting the gym to teach my hour of cardio/weights/matwork class.
