Here’s an option for a 5 minute break. You don’t need a mat, blocks, straps, a video or ANYTHING. Just remember that modification is NOT cheating. Listen to your body and if it hurts, it’s not yoga. If you want to make this into a longer routine, either repeat the sequence (vinyasa) several times or opt to hold each posture for a bit of time. There is no right or wrong. There is no such thing as a yoga body. You have a body and this is yoga. Just like all fitness and all things in life, you can make it really complicated or you can make it really simple.
