Woke up feeling grateful after Mother Nature gifted us with a perfect night for yard yoga. Our theme was very centered on breathing in space and exhaling with lots of core control and attention—a true yoga/Pilates blend. Personally, I always sleep well after spending that kind of time outside, in nature, with a great shared energy, some hard work and then time to just be, in savasana. Thanks to this group of women who I look so forward to spending this time with, each week.
Additionally, I got to incorporate my new (first) singing bowl into the meditation. When you have a friend since birth who really gets you, it’s so hard NOT to be thankful. Thank you for everything, always, Carole.
