It’s seems that whenever we think of foods that are aphrodisiacs the first thing that comes to mind is oysters. It is true that they contain zinc, which is needed to produce libido-enhancing testosterone, but there are several other foods that will help heat things up in the sack. Did you know that bananas, rich in bromelain boost male libido? Celery is high in androsterone, a hormone released in male sweat, that actually turns women on. Figs are rich in amino acids that heat up desire and chocolate has several ingredients that trigger that lovin’ feeling. Garlic, added to any dish, helps to increase blood flow to our sexual organs (just make sure you BOTH eat it!!).
