Do just one thing today that will motivate you to stick with your fitness/weight goals for the new year. Find a picture that inspires and reminds you…perhaps it’s of a more fit version of yourself or a magazine picture of a celebrity or athlete (but also remember that those magazine pictures are always photo-shopped) or maybe it’s a photo of someone you care deeply about and want to be that healthy person for, such as a spouse, sibling or child. Put that picture front and center on your fridge or mirror. Let that image be a constant reminder that we all have choices, and then continue to make the choices that move you closer to your goal.
