I Got Your Picture…

https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSqFOBKSbd6RKZJrr1ObN73K1GUSR2oVyH6TJG0fpw0grEcD7cXnwDo just one thing today that will motivate you to stick with your fitness/weight goals for the new year.  Find a picture that inspires and reminds you…perhaps it’s of a more fit version of yourself or a magazine picture of a celebrity or athlete (but also remember that those magazine pictures are always photo-shopped) or  maybe it’s a photo of someone you care deeply about and want to be that healthy person for, such as a spouse, sibling or child.  Put that picture front and center on your fridge or mirror.  Let that image be a constant reminder that we all have choices, and then continue to make the choices that move you closer to your goal.  We are more than a third of the way through January.  If you haven’t gotten busy setting your 2013 goals into motion, what are you waiting for?

    Bonni, I love that suggestion about the picture. I think I will use that to inspire and motivate my college students. Thanks for the stellar idea!!!
