This picture is for all the guys out there that thing yoga is for whimps. You couldn’t be more wrong. NFL players, MMA fighters, and all kinds of “manly men,” are wearing the benefits of yoga inside and out. From increased flexibility, stress reduction, weight loss and increased sexual performance (gotcha on that last one, eh?) men all over the world are benefiting from their yoga practice. There are classes and studios right near you teaching awesome yoga classes. If you aren’t comfortable in that environment, there are lots of awesome yoga videos you can do in the privacy of your home. Yoga is for EVERYONE and you might be mighty surprised at the benefits it will bring to you IMMEDIATELY. Hehehe I am actually fowloling the fitness plan in the picture above! 🙂 I use the stationary bike too and have added yoga to my weekly workouts. So hard to be motivated at times! My goal is 7-10 pounds too and just to tone up and look healthier.
