Great news about soy in this morning's newspaper.  A new study presented by the American Association for Cancer Research finds that breast cancer survivors need NOT worry about eating soy, despite the isoflavone chemicals (which have estrogen-like properties) contained within the soy.  There has been concern that those chemicals might raise the risk of cancer recurrence.  This … [Read more...] about Eat Up!
