Those good vibrations actually do so much more than just give you excitations!
This morning I would like to delve into the science of our vibrations, without going to deep (because there is a lot of science involved in this)…
To keep this as simple as possible, the Universal Law states that everything in the universe moves and vibrates at one speed or another..and that certainly includes YOU. Our level of vibration is constantly changing. A low vibration lowers our immune system, setting us up for illness and disease. Conversely, a high vibration aids in warding off illness including viruses, including, but not limited to, Covid-19.
It is said, this current virus has a vibration of 5.5 and dies above 25.5. Since our own vibration is constantly in flux, we need to do our best to keep our vibrations HIGH. So how do we do this?
Without listing the bazillions of things that raise (and lower) our vibrations, just think in terms of energy. We all know that person that walks into a room and lights up with energy. You can be sure his or her vibration is very high. Simple things like smiling, dancing, enjoying nature, eating healthfully and drinking water will help you vibrate higher. Conversely, pain, fear, superiority, fighting, anger etc., will lower the level at which one vibrates.
The highest vibrations you will experience come from things like compassion, generosity and of course love…especially the unconditional kind.
While I have NO doubts that very bad things still happen to very good people, we can always be stacking the odds in our favor. If you want to improve your immune system and feel happier, vibrate higher by raising your vibrations!
