Hopeful Friday

Quite a while ago I read that adding safflower oil to salad dressing has a tummy-trimming effect.  Easy enough, I do often add some to my olive oil/fresh squeezed lemon juice, dressing.  This morning, I am reading about it again, and the studies do seem to prove this.  Safflower oil is rich in omega-6 fatty acid (linoliec acid) which may have a positive effect on metabolism.  … [Read more...] about Hopeful Friday
