Thinking about yesterday’s message and the Oracle card– Baby Steps. One foot in front of the other. Slow and steady wins the race. The tortoise and the hare. All the messages the same….
As we continue to ask ourselves what we want, we need to take some steps to get from here to there. Do you know that just committing to something, even 5 minutes a day, will set us on the path towards our desires. If it’s been a while since you have worked out, perhaps just committing to lacing up those sneakers and taking a 5 minute walk, or bike ride or dancing it out, etc., will help get us back on track. Commitment becomes habit and we know that once we create a new habit, it becomes a way of life. Need more meditation but can’t sit for 15 or 20 minutes. Try 5?….daily! Maybe its a commitment to cut something out of our daily diets…or add something! You get it. Baby steps plus commitment equals success! What can you commit to, today?
