Yes. The ab challenge began yesterday, even though it was a Sunday. Sometimes life throws curve balls!
Today we do 20 sit-ups, 8 crunches, 8 leg raises and hold plank for 12 seconds. I have some suggestions and thoughts as we move forward through the month.
When the going gets too tough, break things up into sets. The challenge doesn’t come with rules. If you have to do your sit-ups (or crunches, or leg raises) in sets of 10, you won’t get penalized!
I always find that the whole day is a lot better if we do our exercise early on, whenever possible, so it doesn’t hang over our head like a chore!
