A Wonderful Deconstruction
Yesterday I made "deconstructed" guacamole. Instead of mashing ingredients together, I simply chopped them. 2 avocados, 2 tomatoes, red onion and cilantro. To those I added fresh lime juice, salt and pepper. It was easier to make then traditional guac, and it was wonderful right on top of a bed of greens.
