Yesterday I was reading a Question and Answer column in the newspaper and the topic was on building bone density. The suggestion was when to do things that require many directions of movement in order to hit upon all parts of the bone. This made a lot of sense to me. Lights, Love and Latkas
This past Thursday I tried a slightly different potato pancake recipe. Instead of just deleting the eggs, I used a homemade egg replacement combo, which consisted of water, olive oil and baking powder. I found it on a recipe when I googled vegan potato pancakes.
