Peace, Fitness and Sexy Arms!
Yesterday I ran sprints and did dead lifts with Jane. Today I AM SORE! Whenever I do sprint work, its always in sets of 8. We walked for a few minutes to warm up and then found a spot to sprint, walk back and do it again--8 times. After walking back home we did dead lifts with 10 pound plates.
