I have to say that this quote made me quite sad. Thinking of someone with out an inner light or who's light is too dim too shine, sitting alone and lonely in the darkness :( Sorry to be a downer, but that's definitely where my head went.

I think a smile goes along way. They say I GLOW. I can't image how except as I see Fred becoming Fred again, I guess the inner me becomes stronger & I SMILE.
