Time Out.

I will be taking a "time-out" from most everything, routine today...have rescheduled clients and cancelled classes in order to do the most important thing in the world...spend time with loved ones.  By Monday, I'll be back to a regular schedule, so this only effects those of you I see on Saturdays.  Enjoy YOUR day everyone.  Get some fitness in and make sure to leave time for that all important slice of peace.  Much love.
