Good morning.  Hope wherever you are reading this from, you have warmth in your heart and in your home.  Here, in usually warm and sunny South Florida, my patio thermometer is reading 30 degrees.  Like a kid waiting for Santa, I went to sleep thinking about waking up to snow, figuring if I have to have to endure the cold temps, wouldn't it be nice to see a flake or two...maybe next time.  At least I get to wear my Uggs!

I decided to take time out this morning so you can spend a few minutes looking at www.thebeautybean.com.  It is chock full of great articles on fitness, food and all things beautiful.  Whether you are looking for great tips on pampering, nourishing, lusting, beautifying or sweating, it's all there at the bean!  If you have any questions, you can feel free to just "Ask Alexis."

Wishing you a beautiful and peaceful Sunday.
