Today I am going to let someone else do the talking.  Thanks to Rita for sharing this site with me after sharing it with her college students.  I will warn you that you need to be prepared to be a little bit uncomfortable as well as teary eyed, but the message of gratitude is well worth the temporary discomfort.  I bet you won't complain about much after watching!  I sure haven't.  Peace is truly attainable for anyone who is thankful.
