What a Difference 90 Days Can Make!

Bryce and his girlfriend, Amber, were inspired to lose weight for their wedding and together they lost about 200 pounds in 6 months!  Crazy.  While EXTREME is NOT wise for most of us, inspiration always is.  Not just for those that want to lose weight, but for hitting those workouts as well.

Find your inspiration and get busy.  Taking care of our bodies is a great way to build our self-esteem and confidence, while MAJORLY improving our physical and mental health.

We all have the same 24 hours in a day and, well, the same 90 days in 3 months.  The time to stop making excuses is NOW.  Set goals.  Get busy.
