This Weigh

October 24, 2012 by Bonni

https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSN7wSO3peSZTtUZkvSbazckQcQvPTDHWAia3d7C_lFq_ObgJOpStudy after study show that when trying to lose weight, the people that weigh themselves EVERY day lose the most.  While this may sound obsessive and/or frustrating to some, I am just reporting the data.  Of course our weight fluctuates throughout the day, so the weigh in needs to be about the same time every day.  Best time?  Just after rising…and peeing…and drop the towel!

This is something I totally agree with with! If I only weigh myself once a week I and I see a gain in weight… then it can take days or even a week to eliminate it. If I weigh myself daily, then as soon as the weight starts to increase, I can address it and the loss is much quicker and easier… It does sound kind of obsessive, yet it keeps me on track!

I weigh every morning except when I know I am retaining water – b/c then I just get frustrated and angry at the number staring back at me.
