Once in a Blue Moon

Whatever it is you do only once in a blue moon, tonight’s the time!  This being the second full moon of the month, makes it a blue one.  Thanks to our wonderfully peaceful and spiritual friends at Go Gratitude, I just learned that it is also a double dragon full moon.  Double dragon, because this is the year of the water dragon and this final August moon is connected to the fire dragon. Additionally, this double dragon blue moon is said to have a big, fiery, soul healing heart.  Stacey Robyn of Go Gratitude suggests that in the weeks and months to come it is “vital to create space each day and ease into new energies.”   What a great night to get outside and connect with the moon and the stars while considering what new energies we are about to enter into while basking in the light of the “once in a blue moon”.  Feel free join the next 42 day cycle, HeartFire Gateways at www.HeartFireGateways.com  The last 42 day journey they offered was all about love and gratitude and the benefits were enormous, at least for me.  When you go to this site, the first page will ask you if you would like to make a small donation but if you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can skip it (though some may want to reap the extras for the donation).   In any event, make sure to do some of those things you only do “once in a blue moon.”

I will be at the TFC for both Ellen’s SilverSneaker’s class at 10 and my own at 11:30, and yes, I will be at the gym for tomorrow’s 9:30 class.  THE GYM IS CLOSED MONDAY FOR THE LABOR DAY HOLIDAY.  I can’t remember EVER being off on Labor Day…this year, it’s a once in a blue moon event!  Happy holiday weekend Friday, everyone.
