Good morning on this Friday the 13th. First, I must say that when we post Joyce’s before and after pictures, I wont need to blog anymore, because you know what they say about a picture’s worth….I just saw her before picture for the first time this week, and it blew me away. Hat’s off to Ron who trains her with his no nonsense attitude, which apparently is working quite well!
Good luck to Sherri and Craig as they celebrate their grand-opening of Orange Theory Fitness in Heron Bay, (Parkland) this evening. While I won’t be able to attend tonight, I am sending wishes for much success and the ability to change a lot of lives right here in Broward County. If you are local you can check them out in the Shoppes of Heron Bay on Coral Ridge Drive, just north of the Sawgrass.
Just as a smile is simply a frown, turned upside down, let’s get out there and make Friday the 13th the luckiest day ever. I am off to take a walk with Bigred, who Dolores happens to call “a lucky dog.” And speaking of lucky dogs, there are a couple of hundred of them in the Mojave Desert who are being graced by Michele and her Humane Society of the US rescue team. Hope it’s going well, and hope to see Michele not only on Animal Planet one day, but back at our Thursday night dinner table, too!
