It’s Almost Lunch(eon) Time!

Our annual SilverSneakers Luncheon will be on Jan. 31, this year.  It is a Thursday.  How thoughtful of Ellen to pick my day off so that I can actually come like a “lady” (not all sweaty from the gym).  Thanks, Ellen.  It is, once again, at the Asian Fusion Buffet on University Drive in Coral Springs (in the Doris plaza).  $10 per person includes tax and tip and you can eat forever.  Seriously.  PLEASE put your money in an envelope with your full name printed on the front of the envelope (or with a return address label on it).  If you are bringing a guest (or 2 or 3) print each of their full names on the envelope.  We need a legible list of all so that we can take attendance the day of the luncheon.  IF for any reason you can’t make it, we will refund your money, no problem.  Of course, you can also give your money to Ellen.  Last year we were over 100 strong and it was a great event.  People who work out are like the nicest people in the world, so to be in a room celebrating with over 100 of them is just a great energy.  And every once in a while, indulgence is necessary!
