I ran a PR at 36:11 – I was hoping for about a minute under that, but it was very hot and humid and there 1500 runners … not exactly ideal conditions. I am happy with the PR and am excited that I received a card on my car for a 5K Fun Mud Run on September 30, 2012 in Markham Park in Sunrise. WooHoo – Who wants to get down and dirty with me ?
