“It is an interesting biological fact that all of us have in our veins the exact same percentage of salt in our blood that exists in the ocean, and therefore, we have salt in our blood, in our sweat, in our tears.

We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea–whether it is to sail or to watch it–we are going back from whence we came.”
– John F. Kennedy

Remember, today we begin to breathe in love and breathe out gratitude as part of the “Ring of Fire”  unity wave.  Yesterday I mentioned the gogratitude link, but you probably can learn more about this particular meditation by going to bloominghumans.com.  You do NOT need to send them any money and if you enter your email address you will get emails along the 42 days.  The intention of this project is to “Release our Past, Appreciate the Present and DreamSeed the Future…together!”

Being born and raised in Fort Lauderdale and spending all my teenage years on the beach, I KNEW I had salt water running through my veins. I have a definite connection with the ocean AND I am an Aquarian. I love the quote!
