In our busy, hectic lives we tend to eat too quickly and mindlessly.  Take the time to enjoy your meals.  Your health and well being depends on it!

    This statistic “people who ate quickly were a whopping 75% more likely to develop the disease” is really interesting.
    Do we need to eat more slowly to get more nutrients from our food or…?
