The ab challenge is definitely getting harder by the sit up, but I am still in and still on top of each day's goal...Just did my 80/110/48 and 70 seconds in plank. Just completed day 17 of the ab challenge which is 75 sit ups, 100 crunches, 45 leg raises and 65 seconds in plank. I did it like this: 50 sit ups, 25 crunches with knees off to one side, then 25 with them off to the other, 45 leg raises, 25 more sit ups, 25 more crunches each way and then spend 65 seconds holding plank. Great Day in the Heat…Not So Great Night (for the Heat)
If you stayed with the ab challenge this weekend, you did a combined total of 135 sit ups, 175 crunches, 84 leg raises and spent just under 2 minutes holding plank. I am happy to say, though I considered swapping out my rest day for tomorrow, I did manage to complete both days. By the time we take our next rest day from the ab challenge, on Monday, we will mark the half way point, but it's the really hard part that awaits us!
