Good Vibrations
Yes, Judy, I did see the (bad) news about red meat but so badly don't want to come across as the meat Nazi EVERY day. I have really been trying hard to keep plant-based diet beliefs to Thursday as far as blogging goes, but certainly it is an every day thing for me, and yes, I believe that red meat encourages cancer cells to grow.
